I'm poor... Is there any way I can get money help?

I turned 17 February this year, and I've been having money problems for months, and it seems like I'll never be able to get out of it. In November, both my mom and dad (they're divorced) told me they didn't want me living with them, so I moved in with my grandma. I'm in college right now on grant money, and have been for two semesters. I didn't get good grades because I never had rides to school, my laptop broke, and I had bronchitis & tonsillitis twice last semester.I've looked for a job, but since I live in a small town and I'm only 17, it's practically impossible to find one. I do get child support from my mother, but it's only $136. My dad is currently fighting to not pay child support, which is the least he could do since he makes $130,000 a year ($8,000 some monthly). I haven't been with him since February of '09 and he's gave me about $500 the few times I've seen him since then. I also get food stamps and Medicaid, which helps out. My grandma makes me pay partial rent and partial bills, so I only have like $25 dollars left over every two weeks to spend on other things. My boyfriend who also rooms with me helps me out with some things I really need, but we're both pretty much in the same situation. He has a job at KFC, and has been working there for a year now. I've motivated him to try and get a GED at the end of this month, so hopefully he can find a higher paying job. Recently, he bought a car, but it needs repairs and it needs to be insured, and we don't have any money whatsoever. It's SO hard to live right now, I just wish someone could help me, so if anyone has any ideas, please help me. <3
