Have you heard of company like this? central affidavit services?

they called me this morning telling me that i have 3 allegations against my social security.. and it's because of a payday loan that they told me i didnt pay since the januray 2010. what whas funny is i dont remember any loans that i have on january stating cashadvance usa and if ever i did i would remember cause i pay all my loans on time. i have checked all my bank statements even my email accounts just to make sure i didnt made any transactions and didnt saw a thing. just wanna ask if this is an example of fraud or they are just trying call me and get money from me... thanks!
