I Woke up this morning.Had a shower,and SACRE BLEU! There is El Mucho Grandos MONDO Large lump on the?

outer periphery of Moi Rectum.Its sore,swollen,and appears to ascend toward the prostatic regionalle!Is this moi Demise?Ihave forbodings.EELP,PLEEZE.
