Cramping & spotting during early pregnancy?

My hubby and I have been TTC for over 2 years and finally got our first BFP Friday. I am having period like cramps & a little bit of brown spotting everyone once in a while when i wipe. Im really worried about it because we have been trying for so long and finally got what we wanted I'm just hoping this doesnt mean I'm going to miscarry. Has anyone else had this in early pregnancy?
