How would I cite this in APA? It's urgent! Please help me!?

I am writing a paper a bout nutrition for my nursing cl, and it has to be in APA form. I have never written in this form before, and my paper is due tomorrow. I used a website called MyPyramid.gov to yze my nutrition. The names of the pages that I used as references are "the 2005 dietary guidelines for schomiam (that's me) on 2/13/09" and another one set up basically like that. Now I really don't know how to cite this, since I am the only person that can see that webpage. Should I cite it as (MyPyramidtracker.gov, 2009) or as (2005 Dietary Guidelines for schomiam..., 2009) . Also, help about that for the reference page would be great too!
