Do you think that the judging on project runway is unfair and inconsistent? i do....?

i love this show, BUT, it's so frustrating how the judges conveniently change their standards from one designer to another, especially nina garcia. for example...on season 3, one of nina's criteria for a winning design is that it "looks expensive". well, laura bennett's designs always looked expensive and yet she didn't win. this season , nina commented that carmen webber's "tiki" outfit was "unacceptable" because she did not have 3 pieces that were required. however, jack won, and he only had 2 pieces. UGH!!! i think that the judging should be "blind"...they shouldn't know which designer created which outfit until they decide on which one won and lost. otherwise, it just seems rigged. tim gunn talks about the "integrity" of the show...well, the judging really takes away from that. what do you think?
