Guys hate A-cups? :/?

Do most guys hate small ? Don't they usually stop growing around 16 years old - cuz that would suck. I know factors like hereditary and becoming pregnant affect things, but I want to be a B-C cup! ugh I know guys shouldn't like me for my s, but I wanna know if almost all guys are obsessed with .
