I've been noticing over the past year that my belly is starting to protrude over my drawers just slightly. I'm 132 pounds, 6'0, and I'm 21. I tried working out 2 years ago, to minimal affect.. my family and relatives are all thin. I don't drink soda's, and eat out seldom. I've read spot training doesn't work, so what can I do to tighten up my stomach, and maybe even gain some muscle?
