Some ideas for a new Business?

hey, i've been living in Colombia for some time now, and planning to stay a few more years, and i figured i want to do something cool ya know? like having a cookie dough shop or something, maybe a fast food restaurant, but i have no idea where to start, and honestly, don't have any great ideas either, so, if you have something cool, in the food business mostly, or about anything, i'd really appreciate it if you help me with this... thanks.
