My Centrino(Core 2 Duo) processor speed should be 2.0GHz, but instead its at 1.997, im worried, any help?

I downloaded the CPU-Z software, it tells you your comps' specs and info on like everything. Its really accurate and everything it says is true about your computer, im worried about the .003GHz my processor is missing, plus my FSB is 798.0MHz, shouldnt it be 800? My Specs-Centrino(Core 2 Duo) and 4gb of ram at 399.0 MHz.<--- shouldnt that be 400? and my graphics card isnt important at all.
