Looking for a cream corn and tater tot chowder in a crock pot recipe?

I made this a few years ago and can't for the life of me find the recipe. It was something like 4 cans of cream corn, a bag of tater tots, probably some milk, maybe some chicken broth. All I can remember is the cream corn and tater tots. Would anyone happen to know this recipe or one similar? It's made in the crock pot.
