LaDainian Tomlinson trade?

im trading Ronnie brown and Brady Quinn for LT...is this fair? ronnie brown is having an all around better year then LT but i mean LT is still LT and tht means he can break out any week. the person im trading him to needs a QB b.c hes QB was benched (dereck Anderson) so i felt he needs a QB and i need a running back i have faith in because i no longer have faith in marion barber so is this a good and fair deal?
