I need to know if this is a good deal?

Some guy offered me a Jasper motherboard, with jtag, Xex menu and Call of duty WaW & MW2 patched pre-installed, for 472 USD. I know how to work em' and stuff its just i am used to the falcon and i am not sure of a jasper's value. can anyone help?
