How to use a coleman F1 ultralight stove with any propane cylinder available?

From what I can see you have to buy a special type cylinder for this thing. Do a google for "220g propane" and you will see several retailers. There probably are adapter hoses or something, but the problem is that the cylinder also supports the stove and keeps it from tipping over. You're kind of forced to use their cylinders I think.
