How can I access my PSAT scores?

I took the PSAT in October 2009 as a sopre. However, due to my reading disabilities, I took it apart from everyone else who took it and got extra time. Because of this, my test did not come back with everyone else's. I was told it would take longer. For months, I would ask my teachers and councilors if my test had gotten back yet, always with the response that they would look into it. Obviously, no one ever did anything about it because I still don't have my test! I really would like to get it back so I can figure out if I need to take SAT courses and whatnot. Is there a website or a phone number I could call? I do not have a college board access code, so that doesn't work. If you could help me, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks so much in advance!
